Corrosion Preventatives Solvent-Base Rust Inhibitor Product Line Leaders

1. No Rust 10 – low flash, solvent-base, water displacing indoor rust inhibitor for ferrous and non-ferrous metals. Formulated to provide 12-24 months indoor protection. When used in conjunction with water-base coolants or cleaners it will displace the coolant/cleaner so drying parts before applying No Rust 10 is unnecessary. The coolant or cleaner can then be skimmed off product for economy of use. The film left behind is compatible with lube oils, consequently eliminating the need to clean parts before use. 2. No Rust 11 – High flash, solvent-base, water displacing indoor rust inhibitor for ferrous and non-ferrous metals. Formulated to provide 12-24 months indoor protection. When used in conjunction with water-base coolants or cleaners it will displace the coolant/cleaner so drying parts prior to applying product is unnecessary. It is formulated to provide 2-year indoor protection. When used in conjunction with water-base coolants or cleaners it will displace the coolant/cleaner so drying parts prior to applying product is unnecessary. The coolant or cleaner can then be skimmed off product for economy of use. The film left behind is compatible with lube oils, consequently eliminating the need to clean parts before use. 4. No Rust 2034 - Outdoor rust preventative for ferrous and non-ferrous metals. It is designed for use on finished goods, machinery and other goods for long-term storage and over sea shipments. The film provided is a thixotropic self-healing barrier film. No Rust 2034 is a solvent based product that when applied forms a semi-firm wax film. The film is resistant to abrasion, handling, condensation and salt spray. Provides a minimum of 1 year unsheltered outdoor protection.

Oil-Base Rust Inhibitor Product Line Leaders

1. 245 RP – Water displacing, oil base rust inhibitor. Provides 12-18 month indoor rust protection. The film provided is an oily film. Approved by Caterpillar and John Deere this product is very effective when a thin film lubricant & rust protectant is required. 2. No Rust 100 – Water-displacing, oil base rust inhibitor and lubricant. Provides 2 year indoor rust protection. The film provided is a heavy oil film lubricant for use in OEM bearings, ball joints, and universal joints. Very effective when in addition to rust protection, a thick film lubricant is required. 3. No Rust 40 – Water displacing, oil base rust inhibitor designed for 2 years indoor protection. Also effective for short-term outdoor sheltered rust protection.
