1. Way Oils – The Waylube product series is compounded
from highly refined base oils that have been fortified with selected extreme pressure additives and tackifiers to impart tackiness
and adhesiveness. Recommended for lubricating ways of all types of machine tools and other types of equipment requiring tacky,
non-corrosive products having extreme pressure properties. Formulated with the highest quality virgin base oils for a wide
range of way oil applications. Approved by machine tool builders, the Waylube series is fortified with anti-oxidant and anti-wear
additives that provide exceptional way protection. The Waylube Series ranges from ISO 32 to ISO 220 that meets and exceeds
industry standards. The ISO 68 and ISO 150 are approved by Cincinnati Milacron Oil Specifications P-47 and P-50.
2. Hydraulics
Oils – Our Superior and Premium hydraulic oil series are light colored anti-wear hydraulic oils, blended with high Viscosity
Index paraffin base oils to produce the highest quality end product that meets and exceeds all machine tool manufactures standards.
Fortified with anti-oxidant and anti-wear additives that provide exceptional longevity of service. In addition, they contain
foam suppressant additives that aid in continual hydraulic protection under the most turbulent conditions. They also contain
a very effective zinc-type anti wear agent that helps minimize wear in high speed, high pressure vane and gear pumps while
meeting the lubrication requirements of axial piston pumps having bronze-on-steel metallurgy.
3. Gear Oils - Formulated
with the highest quality virgin base oils for a wide range of gear oil applications. Their high Viscosity Index base oils
produce a series of gear oils that meet and exceed all the standards set forth by the American Gear Manufacture Association
(AGMA). Fortified with anti-oxidant and anti-wear additives that provide exceptional gear protection and longevity of fluid
service. In addition, they contain foam suppressant additives that aid in continual gear protection under the most turbulent
conditions. They are non-corrosive to gear and bearing materials such as steel, copper, bronze, babbitt or cadmium-nickel
and are designed to cling to metal surfaces and split from water quickly to provide exceptional gear lubrication. The Gearep
Oil Series range from ISO 68 to ISO 680.
4. Spindle Oils – The Tru Spin Series spindle oils are blended for high
refined paraffin base oils to meet the severe lubrication demands of high speed rolling bearings on the spindles of modern
spinning frames and automated machine tools. These spindles turn at over 12,000 rpm and require premium grade products that
are highly oxidation stable and resist system rusting and possess good anti-wear properties. These oils are recommended for
severe applications where heat due to fluid friction from more viscous lubricants would cause an undesirable increase in operating
temperatures.
