Cutting and Grinding Fluids Stainless Steel Cutting Oils

1. Tru Cut 402 - heavy-duty cutting oil designed for stainless steel and other low machine ability ferrous metals. Heavily fortified with EP (Extreme Pressure) agents that minimize metal to metal contact, heat build-up and eliminate chip welding. Can be used as spike oil for less fortified cutting oils. Contains active sulfur so it should not be used on brass or copper if staining is a concern. 2. Tru Cut 416 – Light viscosity, heavy-duty, cutting oil. Designed for high-speed operations where heat dissipation is critical. Eliminates chip welding and metal to metal contact at tool work-piece interface. Effective tank-side spike oil for less fortified cutting oils. Should not be used when cutting brass or copper if staining is a concern. 3. Tru Cut 5209 – Medium viscosity, heavy-duty cutting oil designed to do the most severe cutting and threading operations. Heavily fortified with active-sulfur, chlorine, and fat to eliminate metal-to-metal contact, heat build-up, and chip welding. Also useful as spike oil for less fortified cutting oils. Should not be used on brass or copper alloys if staining concerns exist.

1. Tru Cut 203 – Medium viscosity, tri-purpose, screw machine oil designed for general-purpose cutting. Rust and oxidation inhibited and non-corrosive to copper and brass. Developed to be used as a cutting oil, machine tool lubricant, and hydraulic fluid in multi-spindle screw machines. Light to medium-duty range of cutting operations. 2. Tru Cut 422 – Low viscosity, heavy-duty cutting oil designed for broaching, drilling, reaming, tapping and threading. Formulated with anti-mist agents and highly refined paraffin distillates. Chlorine and active-sulfur fortified. The low viscosity provides exceptional heat dissipation while the additive package greatly reduces chip welding and burning concerns. 3. Tru Cut 416 – Heavy-duty, medium viscosity, pipe threading oil. Heavily fortified with select EP & lubricity additives -- combined with a quality medium viscosity base stock to form an exceptional cutting oil for pipe threading, tapping, slotting, and broaching. Provides excellent film strength to minimize chip welding and burning.
