1. Tru Draw 921 – Water extendable, chlorinated stamping lubricant designed for light to medium-duty operations. Effective for use in piercing, blanking, and moderate drawing of <6 mm thickness steel, copper and aluminum alloys. Provides good interim rust protection and is safe on carbide tooling. Typical dilution 5:1. 2. Tru Form HD – Medium to heavy-duty water extendable chlorinated drawing and stamping lubricant. Designed for deep drawing operations, shaving, piercing, and heavy blanking of <10 mm thickness steel, bronze and aluminum alloys. Safe on carbide tooling and is effective for use on brass, copper and other non-ferrous material. Typical dilution is 4:1. 3. Tru Form SHD – Heavy-duty water extendable chlorinated drawing and stamping lubricant. Designed for severe draw operations. Effective on <13 mm steel and aluminum material. Also effective on non-ferrous material provided cleaning occurs shortly after forming. Provides good interim rust protection and is safe to use on carbide tooling. Typical dilution 5:1.

1. Tru Draw 200R – Light color, low viscosity, light to medium duty, chlorinated drawing and forming oil. Intended for use on both ferrous and non-ferrous metals. Especially recommended for aluminum. Effective for use on <6 mm thickness steel. Contains lubricity and extreme pressure (EP) additives to provide smooth metal flow and extended tool life. Safe to use on carbide tooling and is readily cleaned from finished parts with solvent or alkaline cleaner. 2. Tru Draw 2847 – Light color, high viscosity medium to heavy-duty chlorinated drawing and stamping oil. Intended for deep drawing of stainless steel and other severe operations. Effective for use on <10 mm thickness material. Contains extreme pressure (EP) additives and lubricity enhancers to provide fine finishes and extended tool life. Can be diluted with blending oil for economy of use when performing easier draws, and it can be used as an extreme pressure (EP) spike additive for other drawing lubricants. Provides good corrosion protection, safe on carbide tooling. 3. Tru Draw 752 – Dark color, high viscosity, heavy-duty chlorinated punching, bending and drawing oil. Intended for use in severe drawing and stamping operations of high alloy, stainless steel, chrome steel, copper, beryllium copper, brass, aluminum and coated metals. Effective for use on <14 mm thickness material. Product can be diluted with blending oil for easier operations and is an exceptional spike oil for less fortified forming lubricants. Provides good interim protection of parts and equipment and is easily cleaned with solvent or an alkaline cleaner.
