1. Tru Cut 203NC – Non-chlorinated, light-duty grinding oil. Effective in high speed low removal rate grinding operations. Also effective for use in multi-spindle screw machines. Tri-purpose lubricant effective for use as the hydraulic, machine tool, and cutting lubricant. Paraffin base fluid with anti-mist agents for improve work place environment. 2. Tru Cut 402NC – Non-chlorinated, medium-viscosity, heavy-duty grinding oil. Effective for use in high removal high-speed grinding operation. Formulated with paraffin base oils with anti-mist agents. Also effective for screw machine operations for ferrous metal. Should not be used for cutting brass and copper if staining is a concern. 3. Tru Cut 2582 – Non-chlorinated, heavy-duty, grinding oil. Designed for severe grinding operations on 302, 316 & 402 stainless steel and other tough metals. Also effective for tapping, threading, and screw machine operations. Formulated with paraffin base stock oils with low foaming and anti-mist agents.

Gun Drilling Oil Product Line Leaders

1. Tru Cut 748 – Heavy-duty, chlorinated, & sulfur fortified gun-drilling oil. Formulated with low-viscosity paraffin base oils for good thermal stability and long life. Contains anti-mist agents for improved work place environment. The low viscosity helps with heat dissipation, oil filtration and reclamation operations. Mild odor helps improve operator acceptance. 2. Tru Cut 1734 – Medium-duty, non-chlorinated gun-drilling oil. Formulated with paraffin base oils for good thermal stability with anti-mist agents for improved work-place environment. Product does not contain chlorine, but does contain chlorine replacement additives designed to minimize chip welding and oil varnishing in deep hole drilling operations. 3. Tru Cut 2434 – Medium-duty, non-chlorinated, non-sulfurized gun drilling oil. Formulated with paraffin base oils for good thermal stability and fortified with EP additives to minimize chip welding. Also contains anti-mist agents to improve work environment. Low odor product for good operator acceptance.
