Vanishing Oil Product Line Leaders

1. Vanishing Oil 140 – Low odor, vanishing lubricant intended for stamping light gauge ferrous and non-ferrous metals. Product leaves little residue on parts so cleaning is usually eliminated. Any residue that might remain is compatible with most industrial finishes. If the parts are to be painted, testing with the specific paint is recommended to ensure strong adhesion. Blended from highly refined base stocks, it has virtually no odor for pleasant working conditions. Film evaporates quickly so parts are immediately available for finishing. Flash point is 140 F. 2. Evaporating Oil #1 – Fast drying, vanishing compound for stamping light gauge ferrous and non-ferrous metals. There is little carry-off to provide low consumption and economy of operation -- cleaning is generally eliminated. Any residue that might remain is compatible with all industrial finishes so the finished goods can go directly to paint. 3. Vanishing Oil 898 – Mild odor, low viscosity, medium-duty vanishing lubricant for stamping of ferrous and non-ferrous metals. Very effective on precoated stock material. Film evaporates quickly so parts are immediately available for finishing. Flash point is 140 F.

Fine Blanking Oil Product Line Leaders

1. Fine Blank 3337 – Low odor, low viscosity, non-chlorinated, medium-duty, fine blanking oil designed for <10-mm thickness cold roll stock. Provides low RA finishes and good interim rust protection. Product does not contain chlorine so parts will not stain (rust) do to the high temperatures experienced in forming operation. Product has very low odor for good operator acceptance and the low viscosity reduces carry off on parts for economy of use and aids in reclamation operations. 2. Fine Blank 4864 – Low odor, chlorinated, heavy-duty, fine blank oil designed for <15-mm thick cold rolled steel stock. Product provides very low RA finishes minimizing rejects and the rust inhibitor chemistry reduces staining for easy of handling. Product is low odor for good operator acceptance and the low viscosity aids in reclamation operations for economy of use. 3. Fine Blank 362S – Low viscosity, non-chlorinated, heavy-duty oil formulated to blank <16-mm thick cold rolled steel stock. Product provides low RA finishes in very severe operations, but does not contain any chlorine. Heavily fortified with very effective chlorine replacement additives -- staining (rust) concerns and the related pickling operations are eliminated. Operator acceptance is high due to the low odor and the low viscosity aids in reclamation operations.
